eMail is not working
If you are using domain name email or domain name redirected email you must reconfigure your email settings. You need to access your primary control panel interface at: http://steppingstonehosting.com/service 1. Once logged in, select the link to "My Hosting Packages" 2. Find the hosting package you wish to manage and click the "View Details" button 3. Scroll down to find two sets of information, The first one "Login Detail" displays your current user id and password in case you forget it. At this location you can select the "Login to cPanel" 4. Log into the cPanel. 5. After the screen loads you will be presented with many options. You want the second section. 6. Select email and follow the directions for setting up email accounts or redirects as necessary. There is a video tutorial to assist you. Remember it is important to carefully guard your Client Service user id and password. Permitting only trusted and authorized individuals to have access to this information.
